Chocolate Chunk Pancakes
Ingredients
- • 1 tbsp coconut butter
- • 1 tbsp unsweetened organic applesauce
- • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (I used )
- • 1 scoop vanilla protein (used )
- • 1/2 date
- • 1/4 cup hazelnut paleo flour (almond flour works too)
- • 1 Chia egg (1 tbsp chia seeds + 3 tbsp water, mix and let sit to thicken for 5-10 min)
- • Cinnamon
- • Nutmeg
Preparation
Blend all until creamy. Lightly oil a skillet with coconut oil. Spoon mixture into mini pancakes and flip when they start to brown
