Gingerbread Granola

Ingredients

  • dry mix ⠀
  • 2 cup rolled oats ⠀
  • 1/2 cup coconut ⠀
  • 1/2 cup pecans ⠀
  • 1/2 cup activated buckwheat ⠀
  • 1 tbsp ground ginger ⠀
  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon ⠀
  • 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg ⠀
  • 1/2 tsp allspice ⠀
  • wet mix ?⠀
  • 1/3 cup coconut oil⠀
  • 1/4 cup + 1 tbsp rice malt syrup⠀
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter (natural)⠀
  • stevia equivalent of 1 tbsp sugar ⠀

Preparation

  1. METHOD ?⠀

  2. Pre-heat your oven to 160 degrees⠀

  3. Combine all of your wet ingredients in a saucepan, and cook over low heat until combined. Turn off the heat.⠀

  4. In a large bowl, combine all your dry ingredients⠀

  5. Add your wet mixture to your dry and stir to combine. ⠀

  6. Evenly spread your mixture on a lined tray & cook for 21 minutes, stirring every 7 minutes. Allow to fully cool in the pan if you want large granola chunks, or break up sooner for small chunks. Top with dried rose petals (the taste of the ginger and rose is SO good)
