Chocolate Black Bean Cake
Ingredients
- 1 can (240g) of black beans (properly rinsed and drained)
- 1 ripe banana
- 2 flax eggs (2 tbsp ground flax seeds + 5 tbsp water)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- Now mix in a separated bowl these dry ingredients
- 1 scoop (25g) chocolate vegan protein
- 2 tbsp (20g) raw chocolate powder
- 1 tbsp (10g) coconut flour
- 1 tsp psyllium husks
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Preparation
At first make your
Meanwhile blend the beans with banana and vanilla extract + maple syrup
Then add flax eggs and stir well
Gradually add these dry ingredients to the dough
Transfer the final dough into a cake form and bake for about 45mins on approx 175°C (350°F) Enjoy! #veganpandas
