Chocolate Black Bean Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 can (240g) of black beans (properly rinsed and drained)
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 2 flax eggs (2 tbsp ground flax seeds + 5 tbsp water)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • Now mix in a separated bowl these dry ingredients
  • 1 scoop (25g) chocolate vegan protein
  • 2 tbsp (20g) raw chocolate powder
  • 1 tbsp (10g) coconut flour
  • 1 tsp psyllium husks
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Preparation

  1. At first make your

  2. Meanwhile blend the beans with banana and vanilla extract + maple syrup

  3. Then add flax eggs and stir well

  4. Gradually add these dry ingredients to the dough

  5. Transfer the final dough into a cake form and bake for about 45mins on approx 175°C (350°F) Enjoy! #veganpandas
