Delicious Vegan Oatmeal Cookies
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup vegan butter, room temp
- 1/2 cup dark brown sugar, packed
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 1 1/2 cup old fashioned oats
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 cup almond milk
Preparation
Cream the vegan butter and sugars together until light and fluffy
Add the almond milk and mix well
In a separate bowl, combine the flour, oats, baking powder, and baking soda
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and stir until fully combined
Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake at 175°C for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown
