Delicious Vegan Oatmeal Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup vegan butter, room temp
  • 1/2 cup dark brown sugar, packed
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 1/2 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 cup old fashioned oats
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 cup almond milk

Preparation

  1. Cream the vegan butter and sugars together until light and fluffy

  2. Add the almond milk and mix well

  3. In a separate bowl, combine the flour, oats, baking powder, and baking soda

  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and stir until fully combined

  5. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake at 175°C for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown
