Easy Baked Vegan Donuts with Immunity Glaze
Ingredients
- 1 cup spelt flour
- 1/4 cup coconut sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- pinch of salt
- 1 tsp Unicorn Superfoods Immunity Blend
- 3/4 cup almond milk
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 TBSP maple syrup
- 2 TBSP coconut oil
Glaze
- 1 cup icing sugar
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 4 tsp almond milk
- 1/4 tsp Unicorn Superfoods Immunity Blend
Preparation
Combine all dry ingredients in bowl and mix with whisk
Add all wet ingredients in separate bowl and mix with a whisk
Combine wet mixture with the dry ingredients and mix until well combined
Add the doughnut mixture with a spoon into your doughnut tray and bake at 200°C/400°F for 8-10 min.
For the glaze, add all ingredients into a bowl and stir until well combined
Dip the donuts in the glaze and place onto a cooling rack
Sprinkle with sprinkles and melt some chocolate for the top if you desire
