Easy Vegan Oat Dessert with Blueberries
Ingredients
- 1.5 cups oats
- 2 tbsp agave or sweetener of your choice
- 1/2 cup coconut flour
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 100 to 150g bananas
- a pinch of salt
Top layer components
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 3 cups frozen blueberries
- optional 1 tsp agar powder
- frozen cherries
- coconut
Preparation
Add the base ingredients to a food processor and pulse until well mixed.
Bake the mixture at 350°F until golden brown, about 15-20 minutes.
For the top layer, blend 1/2 cup almond milk, 3 cups frozen blueberries, and optional 1 tsp agar powder.
Top the baked base with the blended mixture, then add frozen cherries and coconut.
Freeze until solid and then enjoy.
