Healthier Gluten Free Sweet Potato Brownies

Ingredients

  • 1 packet sweet potato rice
  • 1/2 cup cacao
  • 1/4 cup coco gogo
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 spoon choc orange agave
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 cup natural sweetener

Preparation

  1. Cook the sweet potato rice and let it cool.

  2. Mix everything else together then add the sweet potato and mix well.

  3. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for around 25 minutes until still soft to touch.

  4. Let cool then cut and store in the fridge.

Tips

  1. This recipe is super easy and can be made with toddler help.

  2. Especially good served with a dollop of ice cream.

  3. Store in the fridge and it can last for over a week.
