Vegan Grain-Free Blondies for Passover
Ingredients
Dry
- 1 1/4 cups almond flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
Wet mix
- 1 flax egg
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1/2 cup coconut sugar
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Vegan chocolate chips
Preparation
Prep your flax egg and preheat the oven to 350°F.
Mix the dry ingredients in a small bowl and the wet ingredients in a medium bowl, then slowly combine the dry into the wet to make the batter.
Add the batter to an 8x8 pan and bake for 30-32 minutes. Cool down for at least 10 minutes before cutting.
