Homemade Vegan Herbed Cream Cheese
Ingredients
- 1 cup raw cashews soaked overnight and drained
- 1/2 cup coconut cream
- 1 Tablespoon vinegar
- 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon dried garlic
- 1 teaspoon dried dill
- 1 teaspoon dried chives
- Salt to taste
Preparation
Soak cashews in water overnight.
Drain and rinse the cashews.
Add cashews, coconut cream, vinegar, and salt to a small blender or food processor and process until super smooth.
Fold in dill and chives and pour into a small dish or jar that seals well.
Seal and chill in fridge until firm.
Spread on toast or bagels to serve.
