Raw Matcha Collagen Bites
Ingredients
- 1 cup walnuts
- 1 cup soaked cashews (7+ hours)
- 1/2 cup dates
- 1/4 cup shredded sulphur free coconut flakes
- 1 scoop @vitalproteins matcha collagen blend
- 1/2 scoop @vitalproteins collagen
- 1 1/3 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tsp lime juice
- 1 tsp sea salt
Preparation
In a blender, mix walnuts, coconut flakes and dates until a sticky consistency forms.
Add a tablespoon of the mixture into mini muffin templates or a regular pan and place in the freezer for thirty minutes.
In the blender, blend soaked cashews, lemon juice, sea salt, lime juice and coconut oil until a very creamy consistency forms.
Add two tablespoons of the creamy mixture to the tops of the muffin tin.
Place in the freezer for 30 minutes.
