Raw Matcha + Collagen Bites
Ingredients
- 1 cup walnuts - 1 cup soaked cashews (7+ hours)⠀
- - 1/2 cup dates⠀
- - 1/4 cup shredded sulphur free coconut flakes⠀
- - 1 scoop matcha collagen blend - 1/2 scoop collagen - 1 1/3 tbsp lemon juice - 2 tbsp coconut oil⠀
- - 1 tsp lime juice - 1 tsp sea salt ⠀
Preparation
In a blender, mix walnuts, coconut flakes and dates until a sticky consistency forms
Add a tbsp of the mixture into mini muffin templates or a regular pan
Place in the freezer for thirty minutes
In the blender, blend soaked cashews, lemon juice, sea salt, lime juice, coconut oil
Mix until a very creamy consistency forms
Add two tbsp of the creamy mixture to the tops of the muffin tin
Place in the freezer for 30 minutes
