Raw Matcha + Collagen Bites

Ingredients

  • 1 cup walnuts - 1 cup soaked cashews (7+ hours)⠀
  • - 1/2 cup dates⠀
  • - 1/4 cup shredded sulphur free coconut flakes⠀
  • - 1 scoop matcha collagen blend - 1/2 scoop collagen - 1 1/3 tbsp lemon juice - 2 tbsp coconut oil⠀
  • - 1 tsp lime juice - 1 tsp sea salt ⠀

Preparation

  1. In a blender, mix walnuts, coconut flakes and dates until a sticky consistency forms

  2. Add a tbsp of the mixture into mini muffin templates or a regular pan

  3. Place in the freezer for thirty minutes

  4. In the blender, blend soaked cashews, lemon juice, sea salt, lime juice, coconut oil

  5. Mix until a very creamy consistency forms

  6. Add two tbsp of the creamy mixture to the tops of the muffin tin

  7. Place in the freezer for 30 minutes
