Roasted Sweet Potato and Beetroot Salad
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tsp dijon mustard
- 2 tsp maple syrup
- season to taste
- 2 tbsp water
