Sprouted Chocolate Chip Cookie Bites
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup creamy almond butter
- 1/2 cup sprouted oats
- 3 tbsp raw Manuka honey or maple syrup
- 2 tbsp almond flour
- 2 tbsp protein
- Handful extra dark chocolate chips
- Sea salt to sprinkle
Preparation
In a food processor, blend oats with butter, protein and flour.
Transfer to a bowl and add honey and chips.
Roll into balls and sprinkle with sea salt.
Store in fridge to harden, but can be kept at room temperature.
