Sprouted Chocolate Chip Cookie Bites

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup creamy almond butter
  • 1/2 cup sprouted oats
  • 3 tbsp raw Manuka honey or maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp almond flour
  • 2 tbsp protein
  • Handful extra dark chocolate chips
  • Sea salt to sprinkle

Preparation

  1. In a food processor, blend oats with butter, protein and flour.

  2. Transfer to a bowl and add honey and chips.

  3. Roll into balls and sprinkle with sea salt.

  4. Store in fridge to harden, but can be kept at room temperature.
