Sweet Potato Toast with Avocado and Berries

Ingredients

  • thin sweet potato slices
  • avocado
  • EBTB seasoning
  • greek yogurt
  • organic blueberries
  • cacao sprouted buckwheat
  • cinnamon snickerdoodle almond/cashew butter

Preparation

  1. Bake thin sweet potato slices at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 minutes, flipping at 15 minutes.

  2. Top one slice with avocado and EBTB seasoning.

  3. Top the other slice with greek yogurt, organic blueberries, cacao sprouted buckwheat, and cinnamon snickerdoodle almond/cashew butter.
