Chocolate and Peanut Butter

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Jiff Whips peanut butter (lower in fat) ⁣
  • •1 tsp liquid stevia or vanilla extract⁣
  • •2 scoops 1st Phorm-vegan power pro ⁣
  • {Chocolate peanut butter cup protein}⁣
  • •1 tbls almond milk⁣
  • •2 tbls SF maple syrup {I used walden farms}⁣
  • •Lily’s dark chocolate chips {sweetened with stevia} 56 grams⁣

Preparation

  1. Combine pb, stevia, protein powder, almond milk, maple syrup in a bowl

  2. Mix until the texture is like cookie dough

  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper

  4. Using a spoon

  5. Roll dough into balls

  6. Place balls in freezer: 30 min or so⁣

  7. While the balls are chilling

  8. Melt dark chocolate in a bowl (20 second intervals) until its melted

  9. May add a tsp of coconut oil to help them melt⁣

  10. Once chocolate is melted, and balls are frozen

  11. Dip the balls into the chocolate until you have them coated to your desire

  12. Keep balls in freezer

  13. If they last that long ?⁣
