Sheet Pan Pork Chops with Sweet Potatoes and Apples
Ingredients
- 4 pork chops
- 2 red apples
- 2 sweet potatoes
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard
Preparation
Cut the apple into slices and sweet potatoes into cubes.
Add the sliced apples and cubed sweet potatoes to a bowl.
In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
Pour half of the mixture over the sweet potatoes and apples in the bowl.
Add the other half of the mixture to the 4 pork chops.
Preheat the @ninjakitchen Foodi Dual Heat Air Fryer Oven on the Sear Crisp Function to 400°F.
Add the apples, sweet potatoes, and pork chops to the sear crisp pan.
Cook for about 15 minutes, then check the internal temperature of the pork chops (cooking time may vary depending on the thickness of the pork chops; aim for an internal temperature of 145°F).
Once the pork chops reach the desired temperature, remove from the oven.
Serve and enjoy!
