Autumn Squash and Cauliflower Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 cup steamed then frozen cauliflower
  • 1/2 cup roasted delicata squash
  • 1/2 cup fresh papaya
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup nut milk
  • 1 scoop probiotic collagen (optional)

Toppings

  • Delicata squash
  • Coconut flakes
  • Granola
  • Pomegranate seeds
  • Almond butter drizzle

Preparation

  1. Blend all ingredients together until smooth

  2. Pour into a bowl and add toppings
