Autumn Squash and Cauliflower Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients
- 1 cup steamed then frozen cauliflower
- 1/2 cup roasted delicata squash
- 1/2 cup fresh papaya
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/2 cup nut milk
- 1 scoop probiotic collagen (optional)
Toppings
- Delicata squash
- Coconut flakes
- Granola
- Pomegranate seeds
- Almond butter drizzle
Preparation
Blend all ingredients together until smooth
Pour into a bowl and add toppings
