Cozy Overnight Oatmeal with Caramelized Banana Toppings

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup gluten-free oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup frozen zucchini
  • 1 scoop Nuzest USA vegan protein powder
  • 1 cup nut milk

Toppings

  • banana slices
  • pomegranate seeds
  • blueberries
  • pumpkin seeds
  • nut butter

Preparation

  1. Steam and freeze zucchini in advance, then cut into small chunks.

  2. Combine oats, chia seeds, zucchini chunks, protein powder, and nut milk in a container and soak overnight.

  3. In the morning, heat the mixture or consume it cold.

  4. Sauté banana slices in coconut oil over medium heat for 3-4 minutes to caramelize.

  5. Add caramelized bananas, pomegranate seeds, blueberries, pumpkin seeds, and nut butter as toppings.
