Cozy Overnight Oatmeal with Caramelized Banana Toppings
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup gluten-free oats
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/2 cup frozen zucchini
- 1 scoop Nuzest USA vegan protein powder
- 1 cup nut milk
Toppings
- banana slices
- pomegranate seeds
- blueberries
- pumpkin seeds
- nut butter
Preparation
Steam and freeze zucchini in advance, then cut into small chunks.
Combine oats, chia seeds, zucchini chunks, protein powder, and nut milk in a container and soak overnight.
In the morning, heat the mixture or consume it cold.
Sauté banana slices in coconut oil over medium heat for 3-4 minutes to caramelize.
Add caramelized bananas, pomegranate seeds, blueberries, pumpkin seeds, and nut butter as toppings.
