Blueberry Chia Protein Pudding

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 250ml plant based milk
  • 1 Tbsp vanilla protein powder
  • Natural sweetener to taste if required
  • Additional milk or water
  • Small handful blueberries

Preparation

  1. Blend blueberries, protein, and milk

  2. Add to chia seeds in a jar and mix

  3. Leave to thicken for 15 mins or overnight

  4. Top with fresh fruit
