Blueberry Chia Protein Pudding
Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp chia seeds
- 250ml plant based milk
- 1 Tbsp vanilla protein powder
- Natural sweetener to taste if required
- Additional milk or water
- Small handful blueberries
Preparation
Blend blueberries, protein, and milk
Add to chia seeds in a jar and mix
Leave to thicken for 15 mins or overnight
Top with fresh fruit
