Chocolate Chia Protein Pudding
Ingredients
- 1 cup milk (i used unsweetened almond milk)
- 2 tbs chia seeds
- 2 tbs cacao powder
- 1 scoop vpa creamy choc coconut protein powder
Preparation
Blend until it's really smooth with high speed blender (atleast 30 seconds), add a little more milk if it's too thick to blend
Place in the fridge for at least 1 hour or up to overnight
DONE
