Berry Overnight Oats Breakfast
Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1 1/2 cups plant based milk
- 1/2 cup plant based yogurt
- 1 pint fresh berries or 1 bag frozen berries
Preparation
Mix the first four ingredients well in a bowl
Divide berries between two jars
Top with oat blend and let sit overnight
Enjoy with extra berries in the morning
