Berry Overnight Oats Breakfast

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1 1/2 cups plant based milk
  • 1/2 cup plant based yogurt
  • 1 pint fresh berries or 1 bag frozen berries

Preparation

  1. Mix the first four ingredients well in a bowl

  2. Divide berries between two jars

  3. Top with oat blend and let sit overnight

  4. Enjoy with extra berries in the morning
