Blueberry Chia Pudding
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup fresh blueberries
- 1 cup milk
- pinch of cinnamon
- 3 tsp maple syrup
- 1/3 cup chia seeds
Preparation
Add first 4 ingredients to a blender or food processor and combine for 10-15 seconds until smooth
Transfer the blueberry milk to a sealable jar and add chia seeds. Mix really well (shake it just like Tom Cruise did when doing the hippy hippy shake in the movie Cocktail??) then cover and place in fridge for minimum of 5 hours, preferably overnight or if you can't wait until it thickens - dive right in, nose first
Top and serve as desired
