Chia Pudding with Sautéed Persimmon
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1 cup homemade nut milk
- 1 tsp maple syrup or honey (optional)
Toppings
- persimmon
- ground cinnamon
- blueberries
Preparation
In a jar, soak the chia seeds in the nut milk overnight or for at least an hour. Stir well a couple of times to ensure the seeds absorb the milk.
Heat the pudding or enjoy it cold.
Add the toppings.

Lightly sauté the persimmon in a pan until soft, add cinnamon
Add blueberries.
