Chia Pudding with Sautéed Persimmon

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1 cup homemade nut milk
  • 1 tsp maple syrup or honey (optional)

Toppings

  • persimmon
  • ground cinnamon
  • blueberries

Preparation

  1. In a jar, soak the chia seeds in the nut milk overnight or for at least an hour. Stir well a couple of times to ensure the seeds absorb the milk.

  2. Heat the pudding or enjoy it cold.

  3. Add the toppings.

Toppings

  1. Lightly sauté the persimmon in a pan until soft, add cinnamon

  2. Add blueberries.
