Creamy Coconut Berry Chia Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup chia seeds
  • 1 cup homemade nut milk
  • 1 tsp maple syrup or honey (optional)

Toppings

  • Strawberry
  • Blueberry
  • Coconut shreds
  • Mint

Preparation

  1. In a jar, combine chia seeds, nut milk, and maple syrup or honey, then soak overnight or for at least one hour.

  2. Stir well a couple of times during soaking to ensure the chia seeds absorb the milk evenly.

  3. Add toppings such as strawberries, blueberries, coconut shreds, and mint, then serve.
