Creamy Coconut Berry Chia Pudding
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup chia seeds
- 1 cup homemade nut milk
- 1 tsp maple syrup or honey (optional)
Toppings
- Strawberry
- Blueberry
- Coconut shreds
- Mint
Preparation
In a jar, combine chia seeds, nut milk, and maple syrup or honey, then soak overnight or for at least one hour.
Stir well a couple of times during soaking to ensure the chia seeds absorb the milk evenly.
Add toppings such as strawberries, blueberries, coconut shreds, and mint, then serve.
