Easy Homemade Pumpkin Spice Granola

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups|120 g rolled oats
  • 1 cup|100 g mixed nuts and seeds
  • 3 tbsp peanut butter (or any other nut butter) mixed with 2-3 tbsp water
  • 1 1/2 tsp pumpkin spice
  • 1/2 cup|90 g pitted and chopped dates

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 160°C (320 F)

  2. Mix all the ingredients together and spread on a baking sheet

  3. Bake for 10 minutes then stir around so it doesn't burn and bake for another 10 minutes

  4. Let it cool down and enjoy as a topping for smoothie bowls, chia pudding, oatmeal or as a snack
