Easy Homemade Pumpkin Spice Granola
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups|120 g rolled oats
- 1 cup|100 g mixed nuts and seeds
- 3 tbsp peanut butter (or any other nut butter) mixed with 2-3 tbsp water
- 1 1/2 tsp pumpkin spice
- 1/2 cup|90 g pitted and chopped dates
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 160°C (320 F)
Mix all the ingredients together and spread on a baking sheet
Bake for 10 minutes then stir around so it doesn't burn and bake for another 10 minutes
Let it cool down and enjoy as a topping for smoothie bowls, chia pudding, oatmeal or as a snack
