3 Ingredient Doughnuts

Ingredients

  • 1 cup self-raising flour
  • 1/4 cup non-dairy yoghurt
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 180°c

  2. Mix ingredients together until a thick dough forms

  3. You may need to use your hands toward the end

  4. Knead dough on a clean surface

  5. Section into 4 equal parts

  6. Roll each part with your hands to for a sausage shape

  7. Attach the ends to form your doughnut

  8. Bake for around 15 minutes

  9. Once cooled decorate with whatever ingredients you like! (e.g. peanut butter, chopped peanuts and a crumbled protein ball)
