3 Ingredient Doughnuts
Ingredients
- 1 cup self-raising flour
- 1/4 cup non-dairy yoghurt
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
Preparation
Preheat oven to 180°c
Mix ingredients together until a thick dough forms
You may need to use your hands toward the end
Knead dough on a clean surface
Section into 4 equal parts
Roll each part with your hands to for a sausage shape
Attach the ends to form your doughnut
Bake for around 15 minutes
Once cooled decorate with whatever ingredients you like! (e.g. peanut butter, chopped peanuts and a crumbled protein ball)
