Toffee Chocolate Dough Balls

Ingredients

  • 3 heaped tablespoons self-raising flour (gluten-free)
  • 2 tablespoons thick yogurt (plain soya)
  • 1 teaspoon sweetener
  • 1 Toffee Chocolish bar from Nakd Wholefoods

Preparation

  1. Mix flour, yogurt and sweetener in a small bowl to make a dough.

  2. Roll out onto a floured surface and portion into balls.

  3. Chop up a Nakd wholefoods bar and put a small chunk into the center of each ball and roll back up to cover.

  4. Cook at 180 degrees Celsius or 350 degrees Fahrenheit or gas mark 4 for 10 to 12 minutes.
