Pear and Raspberry Swirl Breakfast Bread
Ingredients
- 6 heaped tbsp self-raising flour (gluten-free)
- 4 tbsp thick yogurt (vanilla soya)
- 2 tbsp sweetener
- 1/2 pear
- Handful of berries
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180°C
Mix flour, yogurt and sweetener in a bowl to make a dough.
Roll out onto a floured surface and press in raspberries and small cubes of pear or any fruit.
Roll up into a powdered sausage shape.
Place in a lined baking tin or on a baking tray and oven cook at 180°C/350°F/gas mark 4 for around 15-18 minutes.
