Pear and Raspberry Swirl Breakfast Bread

Ingredients

  • 6 heaped tbsp self-raising flour (gluten-free)
  • 4 tbsp thick yogurt (vanilla soya)
  • 2 tbsp sweetener
  • 1/2 pear
  • Handful of berries

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C

  2. Mix flour, yogurt and sweetener in a bowl to make a dough.

  3. Roll out onto a floured surface and press in raspberries and small cubes of pear or any fruit.

  4. Roll up into a powdered sausage shape.

  5. Place in a lined baking tin or on a baking tray and oven cook at 180°C/350°F/gas mark 4 for around 15-18 minutes.
