Quick and Easy Cheesy Bread

Ingredients

  • 2 heaped tablespoons grated cheese (can use vegan)
  • Additional grated cheese for sprinkling
  • 3 heaped tablespoons self-raising flour (can use gluten-free)
  • 2 tablespoons thick yogurt (can use vegan alternatives such as soy, almond, or coconut)
  • Optional: 2 pinches of salt

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius, 350 degrees Fahrenheit, or gas mark 4.

  2. Mix all of the ingredients in a bowl until clumpy.

  3. Use your hands to make a dough.

  4. Flour the kitchen surface and roll the dough into a rectangular shape, then place it in a small greased baking tin or on a baking tray.

  5. Sprinkle over more grated cheese.

  6. Bake for 25 minutes.
