Quick and Easy Cheesy Bread
Ingredients
- 2 heaped tablespoons grated cheese (can use vegan)
- Additional grated cheese for sprinkling
- 3 heaped tablespoons self-raising flour (can use gluten-free)
- 2 tablespoons thick yogurt (can use vegan alternatives such as soy, almond, or coconut)
- Optional: 2 pinches of salt
Preparation
Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius, 350 degrees Fahrenheit, or gas mark 4.
Mix all of the ingredients in a bowl until clumpy.
Use your hands to make a dough.
Flour the kitchen surface and roll the dough into a rectangular shape, then place it in a small greased baking tin or on a baking tray.
Sprinkle over more grated cheese.
Bake for 25 minutes.
