Easy Neer Dosa Made with Rice Flour

Ingredients

  • Rice flour - 1 cup
  • Salt - to taste
  • Water - 2.5 cups

Preparation

  1. In a large bowl, mix rice flour, salt, and water to form a thin, watery batter.

  2. Heat a nonstick pan.

  3. Carefully pour the batter onto the hot pan without using a spoon to spread it; add more batter to the sides to shape a round crepe, which may require practice and patience.

  4. Flip and cook the other side as well; it takes 1 to 2 minutes total and can be covered for softer crepes.

  5. Once done, serve with your favorite mint chutney or hummus.
