Healthy Baked Protein Cookie Dough Treat
Ingredients
- 100g apple puree/sauce (unsweetened)
- 50g nut butter of choice
- 80ml plant milk (e.g. soy/almond/oat)
- 25g sweetener (I used coconut blossom sugar)
- 20g protein powder (I used the 6k cookie dough*)
- 100g oat flour (blended oats)
- 20g chopped vegan chocolate
- toppings of choice
Preparation
Mix all ingredients together.
Pour the dough into a small baking tin.
Bake in the microwave on high heat for about 5 minutes or in a preheated oven at 180°C/350°F for 10-20 minutes, depending on your tin and oven.
Note: Omitting the protein powder makes it gluten-free.
