Healthy Baked Protein Cookie Dough Treat

Ingredients

  • 100g apple puree/sauce (unsweetened)
  • 50g nut butter of choice
  • 80ml plant milk (e.g. soy/almond/oat)
  • 25g sweetener (I used coconut blossom sugar)
  • 20g protein powder (I used the 6k cookie dough*)
  • 100g oat flour (blended oats)
  • 20g chopped vegan chocolate
  • toppings of choice

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients together.

  2. Pour the dough into a small baking tin.

  3. Bake in the microwave on high heat for about 5 minutes or in a preheated oven at 180°C/350°F for 10-20 minutes, depending on your tin and oven.

  4. Note: Omitting the protein powder makes it gluten-free.
