Homemade Vegan Twix Cups

Ingredients

Bottom

  • 1/2 cup mashed dates
  • 1 1/2 cup almond flour

Filling

  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • pinch salt

Topping

  • Hu Kitchen dark vegan chocolate
  • sea salt

Preparation

  1. Mix mashed dates and almond flour to form the bottom layer, then press into muffin pan cups.

  2. Combine almond butter, maple syrup, and salt to make the filling, then layer it over the bottom layer.

  3. Melt the dark vegan chocolate and pour it over the filling, then sprinkle with sea salt.

  4. Refrigerate or chill until the cups are set.
