  • 3 eggs
  • Splash of milk
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • Honey roast ham style slices
  • Light cheese slices
  • Spinach

Seasonings

  • Chives
  • Chilli flakes

Preparation

  1. Beat the eggs with a splash of milk and a pinch of sea salt.

  2. Cook the mixture in a pan to make 6 mini omelettes.

  3. Keep the omelettes warm in the oven.

  4. Layer the omelettes with honey roast ham style slices, light cheese slices, and spinach.

  5. Season with sea salt, chives, and chilli flakes.
