Loaded Paleo Tortilla with Egg and Avocado

Ingredients

  • 1 Mikey's paleo tortilla
  • Olive oil
  • 1 egg
  • Paprika
  • 1/2 avocado
  • Red pepper flakes
  • Jalapeños
  • Organic salsa

Preparation

  1. Heat the paleo tortilla in a skillet with olive oil over low-medium heat for 2-3 minutes until crispy.

  2. Fry the egg in olive oil and sprinkle with paprika.

  3. Slice the avocado and season with red pepper flakes.

  4. Assemble by topping the tortilla with the fried egg, sliced avocado, jalapeños, and organic salsa.

  5. Optionally pair with an additional egg on the side if desired.

  6. Add extra spice with sriracha or other hot elements as preferred.
