Paleo Waffles Four Ways
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup birchbenders paleo waffle mix
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- cinnamon
- 1 scoop nuzest_usa chocolate vegan protein
Toppings
- 1 egg
- ghee
- everything but the bagel seasoning
- coconut cashew butter
- gr8nola
- strawberries
- 1/2 avocado
- red pepper flakes
- blueberries
- yogurt
- cinnamon
Preparation
Mix the waffle ingredients to form a batter.
Cook the batter in a waffle iron until golden brown.
Fry an egg in ghee and season with everything bagel seasoning for the first topping.
Assemble the second topping with coconut cashew butter, gr8nola, and strawberries.
Prepare the third topping by slicing 1/2 avocado and sprinkling with red pepper flakes.
Warm blueberries and mix with yogurt and cinnamon for the fourth topping.
Serve the waffle with the desired toppings.
