Savory Paleo Sweet Potato Waffles
Ingredients
- 1 cup mashed sweet potato
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tbsp coconut flour
- 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 scoop Keto collagen
Accompaniments
- 1 egg
- ghee
- spinach
- 1/2 avocado
Preparation
Mash the baked sweet potato.
Combine the mashed sweet potato with 1 egg, 1 tsp cinnamon, 2 tbsp coconut flour, 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk, and 1/2 scoop Keto collagen.
Cook the mixture in a waffle maker for 10 minutes.
Fry an egg in ghee.
Sauté spinach.
Serve the waffle with the fried egg, sautéed spinach, and half an avocado.
