Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup birchbenders paleo mix
  • 1 scoop ancientnutrition keto collagen
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 egg
  • garlic ghee
  • African smoke seasoning
  • 1/2 avocado

Preparation

  1. Mix 1/2 cup paleo mix, 1 scoop keto collagen, and 1/2 cup almond milk to form batter

  2. Cook the batter in a waffle iron to make waffles

  3. Heat the waffle in a toaster.

  4. Fry an egg in garlic ghee.

  5. Slice the avocado.
