Savory Breakfast Plate with Eggs and Avocado

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • ghee
  • 1/2 avocado
  • everything but the bagel seasoning
  • Brussels sprouts

Preparation

  1. Fry the 2 eggs in ghee.

  2. Season the 1/2 avocado with everything but the bagel seasoning.

  3. Thaw the Brussels sprouts slightly, then broil on the bottom oven shelf for about 10 minutes.

  4. Transfer the Brussels sprouts to the top oven shelf for a few minutes until crispy.
