Savory Oatmeal with Collagen and Toppings
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup gluten-free oats
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 scoop Keto collagen
- 1 egg
- ghee
- 1/2 avocado
- spinach
- tomatoes
Preparation
Use less liquid than usual and water instead of almond milk to avoid making the oats too creamy.
Cook the 1/2 cup gluten-free oats with 1/2 cup water and 1 scoop Keto collagen.
Fry 1 egg in ghee.
Sauté spinach.
Add the fried egg, sautéed spinach, 1/2 avocado, and tomatoes as toppings to the oatmeal.
