Savory Oatmeal with Collagen and Toppings

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup gluten-free oats
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 scoop Keto collagen
  • 1 egg
  • ghee
  • 1/2 avocado
  • spinach
  • tomatoes

Preparation

  1. Use less liquid than usual and water instead of almond milk to avoid making the oats too creamy.
