Collagen-Infused Protein Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup birchbenders protein mix
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 scoop furtherfood collagen
  • cinnamon to taste

Toppings

  • 1 egg
  • ghee
  • spinach
  • 1/2 avocado
  • red pepper flakes
  • tomatoes
  • feta cheese

Preparation

  1. Mix the protein mix, almond milk, collagen, and cinnamon to form a batter.

  2. Cook the batter on a hot greased pan to make pancakes until golden brown.

  3. Fry the egg in ghee.

  4. Sauté the spinach in ghee.

  5. Slice the avocado and season with red pepper flakes.

  6. Assemble the dish by placing the pancakes and adding the toppings: fried egg, sautéed spinach, seasoned avocado, tomatoes, and feta.
