Peanut Butter and Jelly French Toast Breakfast

Ingredients

  • 2 slices brown gluten-free bread
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • a splash of nut milk
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • coconut yoghurt
  • strawberry jam
  • dairy-free white chocolate stars

Preparation

  1. Soak 2 slices of brown gluten-free bread in 1 tablespoon maple syrup, a splash of nut milk, and 1 tablespoon peanut butter.

  2. Fry until crisp in a pan.

  3. Stack the fried bread slices on top of each other.

  4. Add extra peanut butter between the layers along with coconut yoghurt and strawberry jam.

  5. Serve with a few dairy-free white chocolate stars.
