Peanut Butter and Jelly French Toast Breakfast
Ingredients
- 2 slices brown gluten-free bread
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- a splash of nut milk
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
- coconut yoghurt
- strawberry jam
- dairy-free white chocolate stars
Preparation
Soak 2 slices of brown gluten-free bread in 1 tablespoon maple syrup, a splash of nut milk, and 1 tablespoon peanut butter.
Fry until crisp in a pan.
Stack the fried bread slices on top of each other.
Add extra peanut butter between the layers along with coconut yoghurt and strawberry jam.
Serve with a few dairy-free white chocolate stars.
