Protein-Packed Overnight Oats with Chia and Flax Seeds

Ingredients

  • 50g oats
  • 1 scoop cookies & cream protein powder
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 tbsp flax seeds
  • 2 tbsp plain soy yogurt
  • Water (to cover)
  • Toppings: granola, hemp seeds, peanut butter, frozen raspberries, cacao nibs

Preparation

  1. In a bowl, combine the oats, cookies & cream protein powder, chia seeds, flax seeds, and plain soy yogurt.

  2. Add enough water to cover the mixture, ensuring everything is well combined.

  3. Mix the ingredients thoroughly and store the mixture in the fridge overnight.

  4. In the morning, give the mixture a good stir. If the mixture seems too thick, you can add a splash of milk to reach your desired consistency.

  5. Top your overnight oats with granola, hemp seeds, peanut butter, frozen raspberries, and cacao nibs.
