Strawberries and Cream Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup old fashioned oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup strawberries, blended
  • 2/3 cup milk of choice

Toppings

  • More strawberries
  • Raspberries
  • Almonds
  • Coconut flakes
  • Hemp hearts
  • Honey or maple syrup

Preparation

  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a dish and mix to combine.

  2. Cover with a lid and refrigerate overnight.

  3. In the morning, add desired toppings and serve.
