This Oatmeal Bowl
Ingredients

- 1/2 cup old fashioned oats
- 1 cup water
- 1 small apple chopped
- 1 banana
- 1 tbl reduced sugar dried cranberries
- 1 tbl natural peanut butter
- 1 tbl chia seeds
- 1 tbl pumpkin seeds
Preparation
Cook the oats and apple together with the water for about 5-7 min
Stop when it gets to the consistency you want
The more you cook the thicker it will be
Top with all the things
