Turmeric Spiced Latte with Almond Milk

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 tbsp coconut oil
  • dash of vanilla extract

Preparation

  1. Heat almond milk on the stove-top over medium heat until warm, but do not boil.

  2. Add the warm milk to the blender along with the rest of the ingredients.

  3. Blend until smooth.

  4. Serve with a sprinkle of cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice on top.
