Vegan Breakfast Jars with Turmeric Granola
Ingredients
Granola
- 200 g oats
- 60 g coconut flakes
- 60 g almonds, chopped
- 20 g puffed amaranth
- 30 g coconut blossom sugar
- 2 tsp turmeric
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 50 ml coconut oil, melted
- 40 ml water
- 80 g banana chips
Breakfast jar components
- Yogurt
- Strawberries
- Gooseberries
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 160°C.
Mix all dry granola ingredients except banana chips in a large mixing bowl.
Add water and melted coconut oil to the dry ingredients and mix until no dry parts remain.
Spread the granola on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown, rotating the sheet after 10 minutes for even toasting.
Let the granola cool completely on the baking sheet before transferring to a jar.
To assemble the breakfast jars, layer yogurt, fresh strawberries, gooseberries, and the prepared granola in jars.
