Vegan Chickpea-Olive Sandwich
Ingredients
- 1 can chickpeas
- handful of black olives
- 1 tablespoon flaxseed oil
- 3 tablespoons plant-based yoghurt .
- 2 chopped cloves of garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon mediterranean herbs
- salt & white pepper
Preparation
Roughly mash the chickpeas, using a fork or a potato masher
Add the other ingredients and mix well
Serve with fresh veggies on slices of bread
