Sundried Tomato Chickpea Burgers
Ingredients
- 400g can chickpeas, washed + drained
- ✨ 1 pack fresh basil, torn
- ✨ 4 sundried tomatoes
- ✨ 1 onion, sautéed until soft
- ✨ 1 + 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- ✨ 1 tbsp tahini
- ✨ (optional) 1 clove garlic, minced
- served with
- ~ wholemeal seeded bun
- ~ lettuce
- ~ tomato
- ~ ketchup (obvvvss)
- ~ sweetcorn
Preparation
Place ingredients into a food processor and pulse until smooth
Place the mixture in the fridge for an hour
Roll into a patty shape and fry in some oil/oil spray until browne
