Sundried Tomato Chickpea Burgers

Ingredients

  • 400g can chickpeas, washed + drained
  • ✨ 1 pack fresh basil, torn
  • ✨ 4 sundried tomatoes
  • ✨ 1 onion, sautéed until soft
  • ✨ 1 + 1/2 tsp ground cumin
  • ✨ 1 tbsp tahini
  • ✨ (optional) 1 clove garlic, minced
  • served with
  • ~ wholemeal seeded bun
  • ~ lettuce
  • ~ tomato
  • ~ ketchup (obvvvss)
  • ~ sweetcorn

Preparation

  1. Place ingredients into a food processor and pulse until smooth

  2. Place the mixture in the fridge for an hour

  3. Roll into a patty shape and fry in some oil/oil spray until browne
