Vegan Chickpea and Olive Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 1 can chickpeas
  • Handful of black olives
  • 1 tablespoon flaxseed oil
  • 3 tablespoons plant-based yoghurt
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon Mediterranean herbs
  • salt
  • white pepper

Preparation

  1. Roughly mash the chickpeas, using a fork or a potato masher.

  2. Add the other ingredients and mix well.

  3. Serve with fresh veggies on slices of bread.
