Vegan Chickpea and Olive Sandwich
Ingredients
- 1 can chickpeas
- Handful of black olives
- 1 tablespoon flaxseed oil
- 3 tablespoons plant-based yoghurt
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon Mediterranean herbs
- salt
- white pepper
Preparation
Roughly mash the chickpeas, using a fork or a potato masher.
Add the other ingredients and mix well.
Serve with fresh veggies on slices of bread.
