Healthy Vegan Chickpea and Black Olive Toast
Ingredients
- 1 can chickpeas
- Handful black olives
- 1 tablespoon flaxseed oil
- 3 tablespoons yogurt
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon Mediterranean herbs
- salt and white pepper
Preparation
Roughly mash the chickpeas with the back of a fork or potato masher.
Add other ingredients and mix until you get a nice thick mixture.
