Healthy Vegan Chickpea and Black Olive Toast

Ingredients

  • 1 can chickpeas
  • Handful black olives
  • 1 tablespoon flaxseed oil
  • 3 tablespoons yogurt
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon Mediterranean herbs
  • salt and white pepper

Preparation

  1. Roughly mash the chickpeas with the back of a fork or potato masher.

  2. Add other ingredients and mix until you get a nice thick mixture.
