Vegan Cookie Dough Breakfast Bowl
Ingredients
- 1/2 a 400g can chickpeas (or one 200g can)
- ✨ 1 ripe banana, peeled
- ✨ vanilla paste/powder/extract
- ✨ nut butter (i used about 1tbsp cashew butter)
- ✨ pinch of salt
- ✨ dash of maple syrup
- ✨ dairy free chocolate chips
Preparation
Wash + drain the chickpeas, place in a food processor with the remaining ingredients, apart from the chocolate chips, and blend until completely smooth - you MAY need to add in some mylk
Fold in the chocolate chips and serve with toppings
I used some cinnamon crunch cereal)
MANGO PASSIONFRUIT SMOOTHIE
In a blender mix together some mango, passion fruit, ice and almond milk until smooth (proportions to taste)
