Vegan Cookie Dough Breakfast Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1/2 a 400g can chickpeas (or one 200g can)
  • ✨ 1 ripe banana, peeled
  • ✨ vanilla paste/powder/extract
  • ✨ nut butter (i used about 1tbsp cashew butter)
  • ✨ pinch of salt
  • ✨ dash of maple syrup
  • ✨ dairy free chocolate chips

Preparation

  1. Wash + drain the chickpeas, place in a food processor with the remaining ingredients, apart from the chocolate chips, and blend until completely smooth - you MAY need to add in some mylk

  2. Fold in the chocolate chips and serve with toppings

  3. I used some cinnamon crunch cereal)

  4. MANGO PASSIONFRUIT SMOOTHIE

  5. In a blender mix together some mango, passion fruit, ice and almond milk until smooth (proportions to taste)
